... I accidentally ordered a third full meal so Lauren and I both left the restaurant clutching our bulging stomachs. It had been a while since we'd had the chance to eat at one of these typical cheap and delicious Indian establishments and I got a little excited...

We caught a bus to Ankola, and then another to Margao. No drama. Watching the GPS let us get off the bus early and closer to the train station, to ...

There is a football tournament taking place here at present and there were two teams on the plane when we arrived, but this meant that the tiny Goan roads were very busy and so the journey back took quite a while. Indian driving is to be seen to be believed, but they seem to know what they are doing so I wasn't particularly nervous. On the way north we passed some ...

... town of Madgaon looks OK. I am feeling distinctly unwell again today (how many days is it till we fly home?) :-( I stay in the hotel room not daring to stray too far from the amenities whilst Ian goes out to explore the town. There is now a terrible problem with the air con in that it is pumping in strong aromas of curry...really not great when feeling nauseous. I have to switch it off and suffer the heat. Thank God we are only here for one night...did I already say that? ...

... on. After the quick ride we went to a spice farm. It was 400rps (£4) for the tour. They gave you a little tour of the farm explaining which spice was which and what there benefits were. Things like good for headaches, pains, hangovers, sexual prowess ect ect. The good thing was that lunch was part of the fee, so we got the tour and a buffet style lunch for (£4) pretty reasonable really. After lunch we headed to the waterfalls. Now we were told that a taxi could ...
