It's Heather with a quick update on our 2 night stay in Bangkok as we returned to Thailand. We started our trip in Thailand three months ago, visiting towns in the north. All in all Bangkok's craziness and atmosphere was epic! As I'm writing this I'm on a 12 hour train ride through the beautiful country side to Chiang Mai, (with nick sleeping on my shoulder) and I litterly can't wait for what it has to offer! Nick will update after the next adventure there :) ...

... would have taken longer for us to take our bags off than just walking across!

We checked into the hotel which we got for 700 Baht, Ģ14 for the 2 of us including a very average breakfast. We freshened up and decided to hop onto a bus and head for Khao San Road for a stroll!

And that's when all the fun began! It was the first day of the SongKran festival. Which is when they celebrate Thai new year. They do this by having a party and a water fight.....2 minutes of being ...
