Left for belgium this morning. Just entered the french speaking country and I read about some caves in liege, belgium that I will try to find. And then onto brussels.. an intereting thing in europe is all the public bathrooms cost money to use... here are some pictures of the roads. The sign that looks like a ghost busters sign means theres no speed ...

... and there are sheep everywhere grazing...seems like a good way to cut the grass and not blow up any people...wonder how many sheep they lose in a year.......

so form there i went towards the starting trenches for the attack...and found a place to park...wandered about and found the actual reconstructed trenches....really cool....so I kept wandering and found the information center...long story short....I got me ticket for the next tour...I wanted to see ...

... us back to camp where we could suitably celebrate our countryman's win. Me with a bottle of Verrazzano chianti, Andy his Belgian beers. We decided to eat in the camp restaurant - where we were told the chef held a Michelin star - but after reviewing the menu of chicken and chips, lasagne or steak, we were told it was fully booked. Directed to the cafe menu, featuring only pizza, hamburgers or bread, we changed the plan to pasta and set about cooking something ...

... Button. So good to hear Advance Australia Fair to celebrate Dan's brilliant win. Two guys from Brugges took us from our seats in Eau Rogue to the main straight for the podium. Not an easy walk thanks to mud, hills and the crowd, but worth it! Met a couple from Westport Ireland. He was a Kimmy fan and she liked Button. Told us we have to visit Westport Ireland. Very nice ...

Up and at 'Em, I was SO pleased to finally see a queue for the MEN'S bathrooms and showers for a change and empty women's facilities!!

A nice hot shower, dressed ready for a day at the GP with the sun shining and feeling hopeful for Daniel Ricciardo to qualify well for the race on Sunday.
