We woke up today at around 8am to our quaint little hotel room. Eric woke up to go to the bathroom... and didn't end up leaving it till we left for the sleeper train! ... water in the wet season but now it is the dry season so that is why we could walk over it. Had a lovely meal and relaxed. Waku Lodge is in a lovely setting beside the Canaima Lagoon. Fell into bed around 9pm ....... utterly exhausted.
