The kids couldn't wait to get to Medicine Hat to spend time with my second cousin Tobie. Tobie stayed with us for a month in June while attending school and the kids (and us) couldn't wait to re-connect.

We stopped in Calgary to visit the Pedersen's and had a great visit! Onto Edmonton where ...

... trick...he transfers the beer from one glass to another, then drinks it without ever using his hands. Weird, and so much fun. I was so busy taking pics that I don't think I really got to see what was going on. Just before the rains hit, we went inside and Rick pulled out his guitar and we all sang American Pie and other stuff. Good times. Not a super late night, went to bed around 12, with thoughts of the next day's competition dancing in my ...
