    ... many large Chateaux's dotted along the country side which made for very pleasant riding. Tomorrow they have a huge triathlon in Deauville and the sea swim looks rather challenging.     ... him a hot water bottle and put him to bed for a few days. Now she has to walk the streets alone and each night eat moules and frites on the wharf . Tough but somebody has to do it. Think I would get fat if here very long . Can't stop this eating frenzy of breads, cheeses , things in shells, chocolates and pastries and wine of course.     The sun is shining. It is hot!!! It's such a complete change from the last three days we are struggling to adjust. It's wonderful. We are making the most of it as apparently there is storms tomorrow and the temperature is dropping to 15 degrees in two days time which I am struggling to comprehend as well.     ... to the size of the harbour that was full of all size fishing boats and yachts. We first walked up the cliff to see the several bunkers on top before walking around the harbour and shops below. We took a short drive to Omaha Beach after our walk and was blown away with the size and how busy it was. Being late afternoon I did eventually find a tight spot to park so we had an hour sunbathing.
