My next placement is with a South African company called Karsten who produce grapes for Sainsbury's along with a number of other fruits that do not get shipped to the UK. I was invited to visit their UK office in Spalding for two days before going to South Africa to see the grapes arriving, the packhouse, quality control etc.
We departed Auckand International Airport at 11.50pm Wednesday 9th July 2014 for our 3 week holiday in the UK. Had a good flight to Hong Kong arriving 11hrs later.
