    Had a very lazy last morning leaving the site around 11.30am in search of fuel, luckily the local supermarket down the road had plenty ;-). Ooooo there's an Argos let's take the stupid, non working dash cam back, ummmmmm receipt? Nope, still they sent Andy an e receipt, oops they had sent a receipt for a travel adaptor at £6.99!!!!!!! A few expletives later, I explained to the nice lady ...

    ... a tea and we shared a panini, in the Costa. £10.27! Back home that would have been about £7.65, quite a difference. I used my iPhone as a personal hotspot in the car, so I could check and send emails...I love the technology.     There is a rejuvenation project to improve Bournemouth which has made improvements in recent years. The town centre and park with stalls, mini golf and pedestrian areas are very busy today in the lovely weather.
    At the pier (built 1889) I pay the 60 pence to walk along it past the theatre and the people relaxing on hired sun chairs. The beaches on either side are well populated with people enjoying the gorgeous weather. I buy some Bournemouth ...

    ... br> Doug and I watched the naming ceremony of the Royal Princess on the laptop while fireworks were exploding somewhere on the harbour - we couldn't see the fireworks but they sure were loud!

    For us, an over night stay at the Premier Inn was the easiest way to beat the crowds and queue up for embarkation at the Royal Princess. I'm expecting to see more "Elite" passengers there and the "Elite" line could end up being longer than those who don't have "Elite" loyalty status.

    Back to real life...!
