... We went to a place that specialized in Fondue. The gal that waited on us helped us. She said all we'd really need was one pot, but Eldon wanted a pot with mushrooms too. So, our dinner consisted of boiled potatoes, bread and two cheese filled caldrons of yummy cheese, one of them with mushrooms. We couldn't believe what we were eating. Needless to say, we don't ever have to do Swiss Fondue again. However, that being said, the cheese was truly ...

Last night at around 10.30 we were having some G&TS when we heard some loud popping sounds outside! We opened our shutters and were thrilled to see an amazing fireworks display literally over the road. We took some photos and were entertained for over 40 minutes. We went into yet another store ...

Well, that is not all, it seems that slugs like to find shelter from the rain and when I woke in the middle of the night, I could see the silhouette of a slug above my head. All I could think was that if the slug was on the inside of the tent, I was going to freak out. Fortunately, it was on the outside. I flicked it off, but it only returned with friends, so I spent the night in the company of many slugs. ...

... Still the usual half timbered house, this time some with wood carvings at the corners. Decaying ramparts and a ruined schloss. And this time a strong running stream cutting through the town. I liked this one, and there were more villages to see, but there are only so many one can see over a few days, so we ...
