In the morning we walked to the park and there were a lot of apple trees and there were ready so we had apple for breakfast. Then my dad and mum came to pick us up to take us back to Valdahon. My dad and uncle are going to Switzerland again, but this time they are ...
... We have walked a ton today. Eldon even walked further. Once we got settled in our hotel and went to get on the Internet he realized he's left a major component to plug in his computer at the hotel we stayed in last night. So, he had to schlep up the hill about a kilometer to a store that charged him an arm and a leg for what he left behind. Oh well, accidents do happen. I'm just glad it happened to him and not me.
Dinner was a true ...
... the day (and not for coffee...). Pretty bad, eh? Well, that is not all, it seems that slugs like to find shelter from the rain and when I woke in the middle of the night, I could see the silhouette of a slug above my head. All I could think was that if the slug was on the inside of the tent, I was going to freak out. Fortunately, it was on the outside. I flicked it off, but it only returned with friends, so I spent the night in the company of many slugs. ...
... turn left or right along the beach front road as its one way all the way but keeps changing which its one way system every few hundred yards.
After wasting more time trying to get to the beachfront I decided to get out of here and head onwards to Andy's house in Murten about 60 or so miles away.
Finally in pouring rain all day I arrive at his house and that is my wet and windy day over!!
Hopefully the sun will be back again tomorrow
