      ... go snowboarding because he wants to look cool or something (heeh) but it seems a lot harder than skiing and he couldn't get up the ski lift. I had a go, just to try it and I can go down fine I just cant turn (other than by jumping) or stop so I just had to bail once I got to the bottom. It was pretty fun though, but it seems hard.

      The grossglocker mountain is the highest mountain in Austria but I cant find out if the resort is on ...

      Next we drove to Bad Ischl which looked like a pretty town. It was quite nice and the river ran through the middle of it which was pretty. There were horse and carts everywhere and we walked down the town street following them. We managed to find a café that was open and it looked like a cute little tea room.       ... Guess what, it started to snow. Very lightly at first, right as we got out of the taxi! A Christmas present just for us! The Restaurant and hotel (it turns out) was once owned by St. Peter's church. The chalet style restaurant was cosy and filled with happy diners.       ... and telling Santa that our address for this year had changed, so he knew where to deliver the presents. Being in the snow of course made the job a little easier for him and the reindeers. As always, it was an early start to Christmas Day and the usual excitement.       ... Alex had an awesome time but it was all a little too much for Samatha. She tried hard, but it was to scary. Alex continued with the lesson and learnt a little more control. Dave and I then team tagged skiing and looking after Samatha. I spent the last 1 and 1/2 hours with Alex skiing. We had a great time and did some great ski runs (some harder than I expected). Alex gained more control and can't wait until tomorrow for more skiing. ...
