Not The Top Of The World
... glow from the lights of nearby chalets we notice that the steady rain has started to float gently to the ground....SNOW...we sit there for quite some time .....just watching the wonderful scene as the snow settles on the buildings and the ground...in the morning there is 3-4 inches coating everything in the valley ....all the way to the village of Zell Am See....we had been walking down the mountain to wander around the village.....sit by the lake....visit ...

... on time to pick me up but then there were road works

Saturday afternoon update
... in their hand. I tell you what, Australia has a lot to learn about Internet access. The wifi in this hotel is excellent and even at the track you can get wifi around the whole place. I even caught the gondola to the top of the track today and had wifi for the whole trip. It's been great to have been able to keep in touch with home for the whole time I'm here. Saturday Morgan update
... it cooks while the juice drips down into the 'soup' which is at the base of the hat. After dinner we had kaffee (coffee), schnapps and desert. I had raspberry and apple schnapps. Totally different from schnapps at home, it was so strong, tasted like rocket fuel or something. Wouldn't want to get too close to the candle afterwards.
