... rock band than a family. Got straight through with no checks or searches so we were out in good time. We found a maxi cab and headed to Russell's to pick up the car and head back to the Coast.

We drove up the F3/M1 inching ever closer to home. We were all pretty buggered by this stage, the boys were hungry so we picked up some Maccas at West Gosford. We turned onto Henry Parry Drive within spitting distance of home and you wouldn't bloody believe it they had the road ...

... there are so many factors that make the technology behind windows is so much more intense in North America.

Just before lunch we went for a wonderful walk around the neighbourhood. Niklas was determined he wanted to see a snake and he got his wish. He saw a little tiny snake and he also saw a lizard. We will be doing some sightseeing ...

... it's still raining but the temperature is good- and the cloud cover is negating the sun risk. 2 hours on from the stop, a sign says "No services until Gosford", which I know is the next big town from my route card. Idiotically, I failed to buy any food to carry with me at the last stop. Schoolboy error - I'm feeling fine now, but know that I will eventually run out of energy. Twilight is arriving now too. Never mind, it's not that far, and the road is going down now. ...

    Dubai to home sweet home

I guess that it is appropriate that my last entry in my travel blog is one that is written at midnight on day 3 of being home. This is my first dose of jet lag......... In dubai it was an early morning pick up for our 850am flight.. No traffic and and easy run to the airport. Emirates has their own terminal so it was a very easy bag check in..... Mine weighed in at 28kg. Nice job Jen! Then off through the usual passport, immigration, xray ...
