... shuttle driver hadn't dropped us at the wrong resort! We had to grab a cab 2 minutes drive to our actual resort.

... and checked into the hostel that we booked which turned out to be really cool. The guys were friendly and gave us plenty of tips and ideas of what to do while we were here, including a full day bike tour which we planned to do the next day. We set off at 9am on bikes that cost us 80 pesos each, so about $7 and followed our mud map around the 28km loop that took us through tiny towns, quiet back streets and beautiful cenotes. ...

... off at our hotel. Just the two of us! The lobby looked amazing and we checked straight in and came up to our enormous room. (I'll write more about the room later). We unpacked, I had a shower and we had room service and then we were too tired to do anything else. I think we did very well to stay awake until 10pm Mexican time, which is 4am UK time. We had a lovely sleep and now we're getting ready to go down to breakfast and to meet our rep to choose some excursions! I'll write again later! ...
