... entertaining all over town.
Then to the River Walk along the Savannah, sorting River Boats and ferries. It seemed that every other business was an eatery.
Stephen chose well, "Sage", with a Restaurant.com coupon.
Tomorrow we have about a 5 hr drive to Oxford , Alabama. We'll see what we'll see then.

... that we had more time just to hang around the resort, as it seems to be a great place. For now, just a map pin, as we're partying at my Cousin Janet's house tonight!

2 days in Savannah
... week or more just looking around the town at all the historical sites and museums. There is also a lot of Pirate and Ghost type adventures there as well.....I believe the Pirate stories....not so sure on the ghost thing. We had a good time on River street their waterfront, old brick roadways & cobblestone roadways. We had lunch on the waterfront looking for more seafood which they provided!

Shady Historic Savannah
... is very hot and humid. The challenge for early settlers was to stay alive with Yellow Fever and Malaria rampant. The original vision was to build a town without slaves, Catholics or Lawyers. In the event all three became essential for their hard work. The town was built by Scottish peers,trading in cotton and lumber with the labour of slaves and then of Irish labourers on the railroads.

Skidaway Island
... are some slips with 50 amp service and all have water, cable and fire ring; however, none are full hook up. This was our first experience with a dump station.
