... she is house watching for her brother) so luckily enough, Zarah was able to walk through he home of 14 yrs ago. Zarah remembered her bedroom being HUGE….however when walking in 14 yrs later and a meter taller it appeared a lot smaller than she remembered haha

Well worth the trip for Zarah…home for a cuppa and catch ups….when I say catch ups, try to get a word in with the Scottish woman who can talk!!

... I have now told him that I'm no longer having any part in it and he's on his own... which he is quite happy with and easily downs a whole loaf himself in two days.

... we wanted to try...our rooms were ready! Roy and I were given a room with a view of Edinburgh Castle.

We settled in, went and ate breakfast, went back to the room, took a shower, and then took a nap! We (Roy and I) were kind of tired. Youth wins...Hannah and Justin went out and walked around the city...they didn't need to nap!

Mid-afternoon, Roy and I got dressed and went for a walk to see if we could find a Hop-on Hop-off bus but no success ...

... a narrow alley into a stone room with no windows. Very cosy and warm out of the wind and rain.

Then off to tour the Royal Yacht Britannia at Leith. The exhibit is well done showing all facets of the royals and the crew including the kitchens, laundry and engine room. See the photos for more information.

Then back to the hotel for a bit of free time before the Edinburgh Military ...

... if the keys only had one room number on them! At this stage, the little 10 year old girl, who probably should've been at school, piped up and said, "Well at least you got a key, if they didn't find it for you, you would still be in the hallway!"
