... whisky tasting day up there at a shop and we tried a whisky liqueur with honey which I liked, but Vern found a bit sweet. It was good on an empty stomach too, as it was 3:30 by this time and we hadn't had anything since our delicious breakfast. We ambled back through old town looking in a couple of shops but they were all tourist traps with overpriced items, and then we decided to stop just for a coffee at Starbucks and share a toasted cheese and ham ...

... up with the Europe free walking tour pub crawl. As it was a Sunday night and there was a football game on tonight, there were not many on the pub crawl, but that was ok. There were only 15 of us altogether. The bars were good, there was one bar that was very crowded due to a university event, but we all had fun. There were 5 bars, lots of drinks and we ended up at a karaoke bar. I had a last drink and headed back to the hostel to go to bed as i had an early start in the morning.

... interested in bringing the play to Bejing. How cool is that? Another person wants to film it for an art project that is happening at the Edinburgh Film Festival. Its fun to meet people who actively want to collaborate. I do hope that the kids understand how truly magical this place is and can grasp it for the short time we are here.

... over the city and turn the bright sunny day into a dark, cold and biting rainy one. The clouds flew over with incredible speed it was impressive then all of a sudden WHOOSH! Raining. Hard. We scuttle our way back to the hotel getting drenched on the way and hide out in the foyer until the rain subsides. We head to the train station where we get ready to partake in one of the worst ideas that we have ever had. Over night train service to paris! Ew.
