Day 20 - Tuesday 27th November We woke quite early to get our 8.50am train to Innsbruck via Verona. After stuffing down a quick breakfast as the breakfast room opened, we trekked through a few streets and bridges to get a ferry to the station. The ticket office wasn't open and we didn't have any cash to buy a ticket on board. We took a big risk but made the few stops to the station without anyone checking tickets. According to ...
Christmas Markets!
Met a nice chap on the train to Innsbruck, who lives in Bulgaria and has told us to stop in if we are ever there. Don't know if we will ever want to visit there but its nice to have that option :)
We decided to stay in a bed and breakfast this time as it was cheaper than a hostel. What a nice change and its right in the heart of Innsbruck city. The beds were so comfy, its way more homely and to top it off its joined to a bakery downstairs!! This is not just any bakery people...it ...

Saunas look to be on the agenda again as I write - you'll have to wait for the outcome of ...

There is the usual assortment of museums and craft opportunities, but none that look likely to justify their entrance cost. A country cheese museum doesn' t sound inspirational in any case, cheap or smelly. Pertisau and Maurach have both got cable cars working and that could well be another walking opportunity lower down the lake.
