... bench seats carved from the rock. Even the animals were catered for with feeding troughs hollowed out in the rock walls and holes bored for the leads to be tied to.
We then crashed for the afternoon, for a much needed recoup.
Later we walked up the hill to view the sunset and had a tasty tortilla for dinner.
A good night's sleep, a great breakfast and off we set on the local minibus to nearby Uchisar for the castle and walk back to Goreme through Pigeon ...
