WOW what a difference a day makes!!!! From one extreme to another ! The drive from Jakarta to Bungu Ayu would have to be the wildest ride we have ever had , and we were stone cold sober ! The traffic , that is to say, trucks, cars and motorbikes not all necessarily all going in the same direction at the same time on ...

This is where the eat and drink, sleep and make babies, hang their clothes to dry on roofs and in the middle of the parking lot and only then they run their businesses.

As we were sitting there, the wooden platform I thought the place was built on started trembling ...

... have seaside views and are quite pricey. I think I prefer this setting more! The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes and is quite a lovely stroll through papaya groves and rice paddies.

I think my activities will be more of the same until I make the 4.5 journey back to Bogor for my budha training! I will send an update if I can before then.

I hope this finds you all in good ...
