Bali still looks exactly the same from when we came here last year, road works still going on and loads of hotels still being built. The people haven't changed either, we seen Bagus today (our beach bar friend we made last year) he was chuffed to see us and was asking loads of questions about home. He was also giving us loads of tips for when we go …
... because I found myself already. Today, I know who I am, like I never did before! I didn't feel Ia need.. But every day I am getting to know my sisters from different angles, and that will never change till the rest of my life. And since I found myself...I wanted to see what mischief my soul sistars are up for....Ohhhh...If only they knew....I wonder if they know how bog of a trouble makers they are;)
Sure thing is...I had fun on both!
... as we were the only westerners in these parts unlike Kuta and Legian that are full of tourists.
Hunt for cheap accommodation in Kuta / Legian...... Cheapest prices are on the internet. We spent a day hunting for cheaper places but everywhere we went and that was quite a few would not drop prices nor match the internet rate. Legian and Kuta hotels at present are at around 50 percent occupancy and probably are most of the year (more in peak times) ...
... avoiding the bite! All in all, the few days for us were great. Great weather (mostly), great food, great fun, and most importantly great company.
We were sad to say goodbye to Kev and Alana after our last dinner together, as they were leaving early the next morning. They were heading to Lombok while we were going back to Bali (again) where we'll spend the night and then leave Indonesia tomorrow to fly to Singapore.
Started the day by planning out the next few days using email to book, since the hotel concierge got one totally messed up its easier to just do it myself after collecting a raft of brochures from Waterbon.
Following the usual never changing breakfast I made use of the very reasonable hotel spa facilities, just rock up and choose from the menu and go straight in. Followed this by lunch beside the pool and then a little dip in the water. Had it to myself and escaped ...

Very quiet small guest house. Very nice gardens. We had a room on the first floor, with air-con. £12 a night, cant go wrong really. Staff very friendly and helpful to us.
