    ... was that the horse was deciding the speed not me. Both Tom and I hung onto these animals as they decided to gallop, walk, occasionally stop, then gallop again! After nearly 3 hours of this plus a torrential down pore, I looked over to my husband and knew this might be the last horse ride of the trip!     ... ceviche as an appetizer and man was it ever good. For our main course I had a huge steak while Gina had pasta with smoked salmon.
