          ... and various meats... It's taken a few days for my body to make the adjustment so getting fruits, esp plantains and veggies are crucial to moving things along. Back to the school for an afternoon dip in the pool, then to a souvenir shop for sunglasses #3 and back to the pool before doing really weird yoga.           ... and never stops smiling. We both got a little charred at the pool today but nothing painful. At 4:00 we wrapped up at the pool and got ready for dinner. I had a surprise dinner planned for Christine and I tonight.

          ... Rica is such an amazing and exciting country to visit.

          Oh yes, when we got back from our little adventure at the ranch, I went down the hill beside to retrieve a drinking pitcher that flew out the window due to heavy winds. Anyways, when I was in front of the house, I took a picture of the cement beams holding the house up.
