An unexpected day trip

A travel blog entry by dennisj84

So we woke up expecting to just go around the downtown area but we got an offer to go on a day trip to Punta del este which is on the coast.

We figured it was a decent idea and in the end we were happy that we went.

We started by driving down towards Piriapolis and stopped there for some pics and sightseeing, & made our way to punta del este for some lunch and seeing the ...

Relaxing in Punta del Este

Residing in the kitchen, I awaited both the owner and Argentinian quartet to appear. In the meantime, I took a seat across the owner’s son at the kitchen counter. Here we spoke and he told me he was studying. My memory is vague on what subjects of study but wishes of good luck were given.
