... wall switch that had an off button, no matter what we tried this was not turning off. I eventually went down stairs in my 17 layers of clothing to ask them how to turn the air conditioner off, she politely advised me that there would be a £2 charge for that. Well you could of knocked me over with a feather, no wait you could of knocked me over with something lighter than a feather - a hair on a feather! They were going to charge me £2 to save them money ...

... going to the QE because there were 3 or 4 ships in. QM2 was in the wrong berth and the traffic was really chaotic - 10 minute trips were taking 1 hour.
