... a lovely view of Sydney, even if it was a bit grey still. As the sun started to set we caught the ferry back to Sydney. Back at our hotel we cooked another dinner, this time steak with sweet potato mash and veggies.

The next morning the weather was a little better so we headed over to the famous Bondi beach. Surfers and joggers were out enjoying the day. After enjoying the beach we walked around the coast along a few bays. The scenery again was lovely ...

... had a great day for it, not too windy and nice and dry so we took some photos as we wandered along. A few days before we had also been in the city centre and seen some of the light shows being bounced off the Opera House, we had a wee look in to see if there was anything we could go to inside but there was nothing we really wanted to go to and the tickets were pretty expensive. ... br> Abigail's alarm did not go off this morning so she failed to wake Tanika and I up (including herself). Josie on the other hand had woken up with more then an hour to get ready and shower, brush her teeth etc.
I literally just jumped into my jeans and shirt with a belt in one hand and my shoes in the other while throwing my bag over my shoulder, running downstairs. That was the fastest I have ever gotten dressed!

... Arthur Phillip for the first British settlement, and this is were possession of New South Wales was formally declared on 26th January (which is now commemorated as Australia Day). The exact location of the possession has been shadowed by a buzzling city, state and country built over about 225 years.

I suppose, that was the end of my stroll, with the clouds ready to burst, as I turn back home.

Hope you enjoyed the stroll with me!!!
