... overnight in a shipping container decked out like a hotel room (en suite and all) and went to the airport the next day to hire a car. When I grow up, I'm going to be a hire car insurer because those guys must make a killing. But that's another story... Onwards to the Lake District where we managed to get a room just outside Ambleside in a hostel. It was a beautiful area where everything was green but a different kind of green to the highlands in Scotland. During our stay ...

It was so hot & packed but really neat in that they had a cover band who were actually really good. Of course, more English weather that we weren't prepared for met us along the way, so while walking aimlessly in the rain we came across a drag bar & decided to go in for a bit! Made it our own & had a good night! Doing a Liverpool Beatles tour tomorrow then off to York for the ...

Woke up and we were going to go out shopping with one of the ladies I met at the wedding (it's one of Julia's cousins) but we walked round to Nadine's (Julia's daughter) house as she has the internet and went to email her, but we decided not too as neither of us could be bothered. Nadine sorted out my train ticket so I sent a quick email to billie telling her I'd be home tomorrow night. Then she emailed me back "Nat I'm not very well you need to catch a taxi from ...
