Our van park was right on Park Beach, so early morning walk on the beach was a highlight. Just off Coffs Harbour Mutton Bird island rises out of the water,but connected via a breakwater. More dodgy weather..
... of his mates was in the cafe at the time and came over and gave us an alternative route to take back to Coff's Harbour as well as a tip on some old steam trains that were in a train graveyard just out of town. Everyone was so friendly and fantastic with the kids, it was a real country town welcome. Anyone planning to do waterfall way should call in and have a cuppa with Juan, great bloke.
