... front of the Marina out at the road and wait for the shuttle bus. It is a hoot! When we got across the inlet, we rented a golf cart and drover around the island.
We found some interesting sites. It seems that the Bimini Bay Marina opened in the last few years and it is far North on the island and most of the tournism has gone up there, leaving Alicetown wanting.

Yippee! We,re sailing!We got onboard around noon. Embarkation was a breeze! Our cabin is great , and... the veranda!!!! OMG! It,s huge and easily 10 feet by 10 feet. We had a late sailaway. Did any of you watch? We were escorted out of Port Everglades by a small gunship and 2 RIBs with machine guns. Cool! some fancy moves and hopefully a good shot or 2. We have a table for 2 ...

Although Alice Town on North Bimini is, as the crow flies, on a course of about 120 degrees, we actually steered about 155 degrees. ... than Nate getting hit by a boat while snorkeling, not much had happened. (He was alright, more of a laughing matter than anything else) The winds were supposed to change out of the north by thursday, perfect for our 2 day sail to Nassau, so on wednesday night we got everything cleaned up on the boat, and we were all antsy to leave at sunrise.
