... Austria Vignette was only 8 euro but we have not come across any toll booth...yet. We do know however know that if you get caught you are fined around 300 euro on the spot. With all the tolls in France and Italy It would be a good idea if they also did the same thing, they might even lower the stress and heart rate of the erratic, impatient drivers and make it much easier for tourists. Sad to be going home tomorrow but it has been an amazing journey and I loved every minute.
