... buy it in the hope that we won't need it!

We are waiting in a little Hotel near Gatwick to head to Avoriaz, via Geneva, in the morning. The snow is melting! They have lost 1/2 a metre in the last week. This link will get you the webcam

We hope to get a flag on the balcony, so you can see where we are.

Stay safe, have a hug from us.

As our Eurostar to London was not till late afternoon, we decided to try out the low cost Velibe bicycles available throughout Paris. After some much needed sleep, we had breakfast at the hotel and after consulting concierge, we bought a one day Tube pass which also allowed us to ride buses. Off to Abbey Road we went. The subways are pretty clearly marked unlike the streets. All of the rail lines are color coded so then it is simply finding out which platform to be on and off you go! Of course, once we came up from the underground, Eric asked a corner vendor if this street (picture ...

... of London and I had a great time visiting it. I had a lot of fun playing with the different types of machines over there. I "learned" a lot in the Science Museum.

      Tower of London:
This castle like building is wonderful! I had so much fun I explored and excavated every nook and every corner. I learned a great bunch about this landmark in particular.

      Tate Modern and Tate Britain:
I liked this landmark because it is fun and it was ...
