      Today we walked through the City of London. Actually, we set out with plans to see a London musical and maybe tour Westminster Abbey.       ... What a beautiful day. Sunny blue sky, no clouds, +23, perfect for being outdoors. Our first stop was at the London Eye, a giant Ferris wheel, with plexiglass compartments. We bought tickets, saw a 4 minute 3D movie of the Eye, then got in the queue. Just a short wait till we stepped aboard our capsule and did the 30 minute rotation/cycle. What a trip.       ... out. I slept on it and the next day I had no doubts, after 11 years at Lloyds I was done..... Travelling here I come!

      I needed to let the boss know ASAP due to planned holidays and notice periods......... to cut a long story short my boss got my resignation message on a Spanish golf course........I felt pretty bad but phones were banned on the course back in my day!
