    Heading out from RIYC bright and early in the club's land yacht, PITA (pain in the ass) started bright and early at 7am.     ... long, and forms the wide timber walk between the ocean and shops. The first boardwalk was opened in 1896 originally built, to keep sand out of hotel lobbies..and the fashionable rolling chairs were introduced as a form of foot taxi for those unable to walk or too tired to walk!!!
    $1 a block charge. This custom still continues today.

    What we have seen is RABBITS (or maybe I should say Hare's)...this is a Nature and bird habitat area and animals are allowed to roam free - this includes Rabbits.     ... a really cool authentic 'lobster shack' style family restaurant complete with tacky ship ornaments and nautical wall paper. The owner in his 80's still comes over to each table and personally checks that your meal is up to scratch. Dylan had a feast of lobster, shrimp and clams. We even got free 'mothers day' fudge to give to our momma... Sorry mums we ate it!! After an exhausting day we were ready for a good nights sleep ...
