... was the longest, most uncomfortable night of our lives. The eight hour journey was not complete without a stop off and time to stretch our legs whilst crossing the American border. Here we were faced with signs pledging to treat all citizens with "respect". ... and the doors opened.. two very grateful passengers jumped aboard just as the heavens opened with a crash of thunder..




The packing went its usual course, apparently just putting the clothes on top of each other in the case is not good enough... will I never get it right??? apparently they have to be folded in some special way...

... and someone who thought that "it was easy." April 16, Turks: Today was Catherine's birthday. We hung out at the pool, did aqua gym, swimming, we walked into town and back, and gathered at the bar for birthday gifts and toasts. The theme was butterflies. We had dinner at the sit down restaurant,which was quite nice. We ordered off a four-course menu that feature conch.
