... was surprising cool. The dock area has a funky feel to it and on our second day we got to see a lot of the architecture on our Magical Mystical Tour. Yes, we did a Beatles bus tour in a replica of The Magical Mystery Tour bus. An awesome experience is the best way to describe it. Things we saw: -the church where Paul and John met -all the Beatles' childhood homes -Penny Lane and all the sights mentioned in the song -Strawberry Fields The tour ended at the Cavern Club ...

... moment is now over...). Then we rush to Albert Dock & the Maritime Museum and they announce closing when we are there so I hightail it to the Titanic exhibits but luckily still had a half hour to quickly peruse. Managed to do some reading and seeing all the stuff they had which was so cool. It's the only chance I get to see stuff about it and Liverpool is where it was registered so it has a rich history attached to it. Wondering about the title of this post? Well Liverpool is ...

    ... all over Clitheroe
As you can see from the photos Clitheroe has rather a lot of shops selling steak and kidney pies, blueberry pies, and bacon butties for lunchtime treats. My waistline tells me that I overindulged, but my excuse is that I had to try them all to find out which was the best one.
After a 10 day trial I concluded that they were all equally the best ...
