... legs of the female together but sometimes the male elephant tries to kill the female if he decides he doesn't like her, causing some of the injuries we saw. You can see from my photos how cute the smallest female elephant is at 5 months old. Another joyful 8am bus journey to the harbor which took 7 hours followed by a boat for 1 hour to Koh Chang. The rain was horrendous and unfortunately no better on the Island but the Island was gorgeous so I didnt mind so much! We had an amazing beach hut directly on the sand looking over the sea and hired Motor bikes each to tour the tiny island. I also had the pleasure of trying magic mushroom shakes - was eventful but doubt Il be having those again !!

I have managed to escape many of their attempts but shared their joy when drenched with valiant efforts to drench the young ones while they run around like little ants recently disturbed. Three days of water ...

We found a modest (erherm) 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a garden and car port to rent. A little larger than the cosy apartment we were living in. We took the bull by the horns and decided to move in. So yes, we got married and moved house within the space of ...
