... jumping through rivers, trees and little pathways to finally reach the first waterfall of the tour. There we had a packed lunch and some fresh fruit and took the time to have a little break. We then trekked back through the jungle to the boat, we saw massive colourful spiders, we saw very interesting greenery and two of us were attacked by leeches a couple of times.. It was like an adventure movie or ...

The next day the new 'receptionist' was cooking and waiting at the table so we were not sure if she had been demoted or was being given a full induction.

After three days we felt strong enough to go and visit a museum, Ancient Siam. It is an outdoor museum like Singleton in West Sussex, specifically designed ...

Today is the day to break the fast. Some people go on for 7 days. Last colemic, then meditation and yoga which is feeling really good to practice every day with Jade and the warmth around us. Just had a facial, should do so more often. Feel so grateful to be able to enjoy this time. .R. Went for a cycle ride and then a lie on the deck over the lake but today, my day of rest and more time it is raining. Really coming down buckets! I have just broken my fast with a papaya which ...
