We had nasi goreng for lunch and then relaxed on the veranda for the afternoon. Anoop and I decided to go down to the rice fields one more time, following a path that Nalini had been on earlier. ... that they have food in their bag. Neither Dennis or I had any food, but I still felt nervous a couple of times as a monkey appeared to be charging toward me--I'm not sure the monkeys are entirely reliable at discerning whom to attack for food. Sometimes it looked like they just liked jumping onto flowy clothing.

When the macaques weren't biting or jumping onto people, they were really fun to watch. The babies were especially cute, but we also really enjoyed ...
