... middle of nowhere. Adam finds his dream lunch of a sloppy dish filled with beans, potatoes and huge smelly sausage. I find mine, blueberry strudel. Life is so good! Apparently every Slovenian lunch must start with a shot of the local Grappa. The ride home was much easier.

... short trip to this tiny capital city. Dead on time our transfer arrives, again it is only the two of us and a private taxi. It takes only just over 30 minutes to drive to Lake Bled and the Park Hotel right on the lakeside. It is a Yugoslav era spa hotel, currently undergoing a fair amount of renovation.
