... the village came and joined in (while Matt had a go on their raft).

Today we pirogued over to Ile Sainte Marie to visit the pirate cemetery. A storm came while we were there and now we are all completely soaked through and seeking refuge in this restaurant which has wifi! Speaking of SA, we met this nice Canadian guy called Tymo here who's got tickets to difrent games and he asked us if we'd like to join him for one when we're in Johannesburg. That would be pretty freaking cool man. ...

... me and the driver. I was fine but Mari's seat wasn't quite comfortable and to my understanding, her asscheeks took quite a beating. She says it used to be round but now its flat like a pancake.

The ride ended up lasting only a little over 8 hours even though we had a very good driver who took it easy on the turns and wasn't in a hurry. These things are a gamble around these parts of the world. We rode past a number of ...
