Up early, and off to Bobs 4wd centre. By just after 9 we were on our way - lovely people and we would use them every time if we lived in Coffs. Big Banana shot, was for fun - because Kelly &Corey took the same one an hour or so before - so we played Snap with them. We had breakfast after Bobs at the PArk Village shopping ...

At 7am we awoke to the sound of a text message confirming that our whale watching adventurer was on. We drove to the harbour and wrapped up in as many layers as we could; it was freezing. Our vessel was the Pacific Explorer Catamaran which rode out of the harbour into a very choppy sea. We scanned the horizon for the wisps of salt water as a result of the whales coming up for breath. ... ha ha ha he is now starting to believe all the stories i told him. Of course we say no, not into that ****. Find a nice place to have a sanga and find the only appropriate post card possible for poppy, which even then the old hippie man in the rainbow tie dyed top is not a hit...Oh well at least she is not leaning about certain Green leaves... Cruise back to BAllina and do some research into where next..........

... with a simple **** you :) We landed in Byron bay and it is safe to say that were awe at the place when we first arrived. It's a little hippie beach resort with little shops and everything you could need. Folks get around on bare feet in hippie clothes with long hair and beards, Caroline comes to mind when you think of Byron bay, not the beard part, but the rest is pretty apt :) one of the most noticeable ...

      Spoilt in Byron Bay

Why do we have to leave? Minnie Water is perfection. It even has the best General Store, selling every useful camping, fishing and surfing needs. As, well as excellent coffee and scrumptious gluten free caramel slice. Heaven!

We tear ourselves away and head to Byron Bay to spend a night with Adam's Aunt and Uncle, Jane and John. Byron is on fire, blues festival, surf comps and dreadlocks galore.

We are spoilt rotten. They ...
