          Yesterday was my first day out with the dogs. There is no snow and it is quite warm for so late into the fall. The kennel has 24 dogs - all are a mix breed of Husky and Hound. This is a breeding experiment of the owner, who has been involved in dog sledding for 35 years. They are not at all what I was expecting.
