... The map says it's a two and a half hour ride, but I've been fooled before. I once drove the Durango Highway, Google maps says it's a three hour drive, and I guess on a normal road, doing a normal speed, that may have been the way the programs math works... I mean it was only 250kms. Six hours later...

... crazy with its intermittent squealing and buzzing ( Tania hadn't pushed the battery in hard enough), reattaching the Chrysler decal to my car after dealing with the rust that had caused it to fall off in the first place, and throwing as much anti rust into the hole on the lower passenger side of the car as possible. ... scallops; both came with cream of asparagus soup. Our lunch mates were an older couple from Edmonton . . . they had maroon jackets on that said "Airborne Social Club" . . . OK, what is that . . . and I couldn’t see the para-wings on his . . . but he was a Canadian paratrooper . . . made 150 jumps . . . and they were returning from a reunion of his old army buddies that was held in Nova Scotia!!
