    ... that can only sum up to a lovely caress. We were welcomed back into the clean and attentive arms of the staff at the Casino Hotel like the prodigal daughters that we are. Today we have to leave our oasis of wi-fi, cool common rooms, ayurvedic treatments, and complimentary coconut macaroons with our room-service tea and coffee, and we are truly sad to go.     ... mentally tied to their back-home realities. The resort promised pristine sands, lovely canals, beach proximity, and charming cottages.

    ... to be disappointed that none of them seemed to work properly! Though we did have the good fortune to make a phone call to our hotel in Kerala (6 rupees a minute!) and work out the transportation from the hotel. We had yet another delicious meal before boarding the plan to Cochi, with a brief stop in Chennai on the way.

    ... fishing nets - amazing contraptions ! See one being lowered and raised ,the fresh fish market - oh my ! How wonderful .
