... The unusual thing was that we had lost communication with him a day earlier so it was just a matter of him finding us when he got there. No hassles, we were sitting in a bar by the beach and he strolled up the road with his rucksack in hand and a cheery smile. He made it look so simple.

After our early start and conquering the 1237 steps, we weren't really up for much in the evening. We had a simple Thai dinner in the restaurant across the road and called it a night.
Tuesday morning we got breakfast at Relax Cafe across the road again, they do really good ciabatta bread and proper fried eggs. Still not up for rice or noodles ...
From Heaven to Hell and back again
... we lunched and were squirted with water and saw someone from school! After a jam packed day we headed back just before the storm. Back in our resort, we were literally ATTACKED by water from all ends, people on streets and in vehicles with waterguns, buckets, hoses etc you name it they had it!! Nach dieser Volltagestour haben wir abends ein einheimisches Restaurant aufgesucht und vor allem die Fruchtshakes genossen! :)
