While on our walk, there rains let loose. We drove about 30 kilometers more to the village of Lagarvatn and our overnight accommodation at the Hotel Edda. We checked in and promptly took them up on a discount for the geothermal baths next door. We spent about an hour luxuriating in a series of four pools at ...

... we woke up the next morning, we headed to Trogir and found an old castle that wasn't in ruins. Opa if you are reading this we found you the perfect wooden hulled ship that had 2 masts. Later that day we drove down to Čiovo island and raced out of the car to claim our very own beach. I ran down the beach and planted our flag with a world symbol amongst the pebbles. We named the beach "Skipping Stone Beach", the perfect ...
