Thursday we took a 3 hour bus to Trogir, a small island near Split that has been named a UNESCO World Heritage site. Our Air BNB host met us at the bus stop and led us down the small streets to the apartment. These small streets made the "small" streets of Zadar seem like highways. Once settled, we took a walk around the entire island. It took about 20 minutes! lol Then we crossed the bridge and walked to the Okrug Gornji beach. I wouldn't recommend walking here. ... the raft on edge to get it through the rocks, so we walked around that spot and watched him go down. There was a chance for some cliff jumping so Harvey and I did that. We set the tone for our trip, by having a seafood dinner, with wine, at one of the restaurants. It’s about 10pm by the time we get back to the boat. We have a wonderful view of the well-lit Old Town across the water, and take quite a few photos.

As to climbing the tower I got half way up and then couldn't face any more. The steel stairs were only on the wall at one side and you could see the void below you. Ashley continued to the top and reported great views but 'the floor did move and sway about'. Not for me!
