... and then go rock climbing, all in pursuit of a classic wedding photo. They leapt around in the waves and it was all being captured on video too. Her dress was soaked and must have weighed a ton but she looked beautiful and they were loving every minute of it ! Their photos will be brilliant.

After a modest continental breakfast at our accommodation, Judy and Herb explored Torremolinos while Maryln and I stretched out on the super comfortable cushioned lounge chairs under the thatched umbrellas on the topless beach just across the road.

... We enjoyed a day or two relaxing on the beach and a day touring in the Hinterland where we meandered in and around the pretty pueblos blancos of Salares and Cómpeta. There was a large scorched area of hillside visible just above Cómpeta but otherwise life appeared to have returned to normal. Obviously our guests were also subjected to Flamenco Night and a couple of fun evenings in the village bars and restaurants...

... any good at taking photos of people—yikes! Kevan wandered too, occasionally meeting up with one or the other of us, giving suggestions or answering questions. I felt awkward taking people pictures—it’s kind of intrusive. But many of the vendors smiled (or even posed) as I aimed the camera, or they ignored me altogether. One vendor selling nuts offered me a sample and I ended up coming back and buying almost 10 Euro worth of almonds and cashews. He gave me a look ...

Wandering in Nerja

... We ended up having to walk a ways to find one that was willing to drive outside of Nerja! We got back to the house by about 3:00 or 4:00 PM. I spent time uploading photos and on the internet.
