... USA even though he had worked there etc so he was flying back to Sydney. Interesting chat with him before he boarded the plane I arrived on.
Unfortunately my PC battery went flat as I tuned into my final class so missed it - had spent quite some time looking for a power adapter plug to allow me to charge my laptop.
Important tip: always have a universal adapter to allow charging Laptop/phone in your carry-on bag.

... decently dressed men, with jackets and music in their ears - they are not there to watch the scenery, they are blatantly watching tourists, bags, they walk behind parking benches and talk to each other. I saw one consult another pick pocketer before deciding to follow a female that was walking by herself with a large backpack on. I gave him the eye balls and he turned around and walked back to his friend. If you watch out for them, you can be safe in Santiago.
