Not much to say today. We checked out of our b&b and said our farewells to the host family before heading back to Santiago Airport where we are staying at the hotel tonight. As airport hotels go it is pretty nice and we had time to take Chloe down to the swimming pool this afternoon. We set off back to the UK tomorrow morning, via Madrid.

Well after a short walk to the bus station, we boarded our coach and were both a little surprised at how luxurious it was. There were only a few options from Mendoza to Santiago and this one was a great choice. The black leather lounge chairs were massive and comfy. ... white tiger, armadillo and his favourite monkeys :) Needless to say I filled up most of a memory card. We've also been on a great free walking tour of the city, learning some history, visiting the sights and seeing cafes con piernas. Tomorrow, we plan to visit one of the top 5 markets in the world as voted by National Geographic. Then, we'll be bussing down south to Pucon or Villarrica on our way to catch a ferry from Puerto Montt. Hasta luego amigos! ...
