    Sorry, the experience Bird says was nowhere close to the title. We drove the Amalfi Coast to the Greek City of Paestum where even tight wad Rick Steves says don't drive yourself. Actually, we considered his advice but couldn't find a taxi for the two hour drive. So we just enjoyed ourselves!     we travelled to San Giovanni and on arrival had some difficulty finding the hotel but after about 20 minutes and help from a local "Mama" we did, We had to bang in the door and the home tel and restaurant looked pretty closed.     ... over the train journey but it transpired that rather like the UK there were engineering works on the line just outside Taranto. It meant getting off the stop before and climbing on board a bus. It was only a 10 minute ride and our connection wasn't for an hour so we had plenty of time.
