    We couldn't resist trekking down for one more swim in the beautiful blue water. It was a bit wilder today with the wind whipping up the water but still worth the walk.     That is what I feel like this year. Every start is up up and up again and within 10 mins we are back to being the 3 drips is so hot and humid! Today's start was a bit different.     ... to chose from, all home made jams etc. pleased we are staying two nights! Leaving the beautiful village of Rocca Cilento for a circular walk up and down some mountains in a walk specified to take 4 hours. Smarty pants that we probs after the easy day yesterday and wondered how would we fill the day in after arriving back here at midday. Maybe another walk? Things did not go quite as planned!!!
