... reached the base of it; no wonder it was never able to have been taken over by force! Also, once on top, it feels like you're in another small village. Apparently when the city would be attacked, the people would take refuge in the fort and live life normally, complete with running water. We were also able to take a tour explaining the history of the fort as well as seeing some incredible views of the city below ...

We went on a walking tour of Budapest. There was only us, the guy from Melbourne (Gus) and another lady on the tour. We found that Salzburg's major tourist attraction is that Mozart was born and raised there, as well as the sound of music. The weather on our trip has been glorious. Most of our destinations have greeted us with fine sunshiny day app with little wind and cool, crisp air.  The last couple or days have been a little different to this.
