        ... The buffet breakfast was in a lovely salon but was not a patch on the fresh food in Amalfi.
        Not wishing to walk around these chaotic streets we opted for the open top Tourist bus which is usually a good way to see a city.         ... because I can't remember the proper word, and my term amuses me more, and I'm all about my own amusement. Now knowing that the whole site had once been covered in volcanic effluent I had thought to see more evidence of thousands of year old cooled molten lava, or just you know general destruction or evidence that a volcano violently hurled lava, gases and ash into the air.         ... move soo fast (300km/h) that my ears kept blocking - especially in the tunnels. I had to keep swallowing to unblock.

        We got to Naples . Jumped in a taxi... the trip was frightening- seat belts of course weren't working and driver was pointing out tourist attractions with his hands whilst weaving in and out of chaotic traffic.         Train to Naples
        Looking for a bit more adventure in my travels I decided to go to Naples and check it out. Home the Mafia I knew it could be “interesting”. I planned to use at as my base to visit Pompeii and then head south. I gathered my travel advice before leaving, 1. Don’t carry excessive amounts of cash on you, keep everything secure on you, be aware, arrive in day light, and my favorite, head down and keep walking (do not make eye contact).
