... hour in the arena, one of the instructors asked me to take Mindy´s horse Elmo. I was puzzled about the change because everything was good with Mindy, maybe it was because of Sam. Anyhow riding on Mindy was not bad but on Elmo it was much better!

So yes I think I will keep Elmo for riding ...

... fences & separating & checking on various heifers & bulls aided by 2 experienced dogs & 1 enthusiastic pup. We even managed to move a few herds on our own and also managed to put two heifers in the wrong field with the wrong herd. Oops! The farm has 800 gates so there was a huge amount of opening and closing of gates and it was easy to get confused! Nia moved a flock of sheep by herself & tended to the dogs. Quite an amazing ...

Our host and hostess, Noel and Karen encouraged us to partake of the festival and even offered to lend me an outfit to go in style! Many locals and visitors dress in the era of the 20;s and 30's. A showing of vintage cars were also involved! Music was played in the streets ...
