The morning started with a trip to Starbucks . . . I drove this time, as there was a pretty good downpour!! BTW, we had water again!!

Our intentions were that we would say goodbye and hit the road, but when we got to Nick & Connie's, she had prepared a complete breakfast for us . . . so we stayed to enjoy it and visit a bit more.

Weather threatened rain all day. Very windy and chilly. Took a short drive down the back road to fill gas at a nearby town. Back to the RV for lunch and spent some time doing laundry. Did some planning for our longer trip in the fall. JD took a drive to see the church with a large cross. Packing up - on the road tomorrow. ...

... through downtown. Found Petosky State Park. Took a walk on the sandy beach there. Then drove a bit more to Burt Lake State Park. Large camping area, boat launches.. Very pretty. Called it a day, returned to the RV, grilled some burgers and had a great campfire. Used up the firewood, supposed to rain ...
