steve - Left Marion and set off on using the interstate for a few miles then enjoyed fabulous scenery through the Blue ridge mountains.

The rain got really heavy and we were both just in t-shirts, but then the rain started to hurt and we realised it was hailing so we had to make a quick dash back to the car. It was getting all of the financial stuff together that we would need for a two month trip. Not only for Nick and me but for my sister and his mother. We are finally in the mountains:. On a lake a few miles north of Cashiers, N.C. We both woke up about 6:00am,in Greenville, S.C., needing to get the door fixed so we could be on our way. Turns out the RV places in Greenville don't officially open till 9:00am. And don’t REALLY open until someone shows up (oh, around 9:30).
