... in an amazing city that I can't wait to explore? Go to the store to get groceries. After traveling for 17 days without having a "home base" and not having any of my own food, I was ready to go to the store to get stuff for the apartment and settle in.    Trying to shop at the store, however, is easier said than done. As you can imagine, nothing is in English. That means that trying to find the basic things such as milk, lunch meat, and ketchup is extremely challenging. This ...

After the bus tour we walked back to the station and went into a beer tent. I had a 1 litre beer and Jean had a 500 mil beer. There was a band playing all the old and some new songs. The locals were singing and dancing along and having a god time. Sadly we had to leave for the night train to ...

... left. Us 3 girls have been trying to plan a trip to a ballet since coming to Rome and we keep having the worst luck! We had an awesome meal for dinner of Soup in bread bowls, they love rye bread in Prague, and it was a nice way to warm up. It was in the low 50's that day and after being spoiled with upper 60's in Rome for the two weeks prior we realized that we were big babies. I hope all of you people back in Wisconsin are surviving the cold, more power to you!
